Lenore Khoubesserian/Mizenko
Lenore started her career in the Human Resources industry almost 30 years ago. She began her career working as a Benefits Administrator in 1988 for a small manufacturing company in Long Island, NY. Since then, she has worked for Fortune 500 Companies like Coca-Cola, Graybar Electric, and George Weston Foods, Inc., as well as “mom and pop” privately owned corporations setting up Benefit and Retirement Programs.
In addition to her corporate career, Lenore has been an Adjunct Business Professor, Mentor, Entrepreneur, and author. She received her MBA from Dowling College and her BS in Human Resources Management from Binghamton University. Her book is entitled Little Known Medicare Mistakes that Could Bankrupt Your Retirement and How to Avoid Them.

Scott Mizenko
Scott’s career began at the age of 19 when he enlisted in the United States Navy. After serving his time in the Navy and being honorably discharged, Scott followed his dream to become a Deep-Sea Diver.
Scott began working in the Gulf of Mexico as a Commercial Diver. He later transitioned to working in NYC as a diver affiliated with Dockbuilders Local Union 1456.
Having been raised by his maternal and paternal grandparents from the age of three and a half years old, Scott has always had a connection to the seniors market. He began working in the insurance industry in 2004 and has been helping seniors for over 15 years.
